StudioELREY has served as the agency of record for CSUDH’s Department of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs since 2008. In that role, we have collaborated closely with the department’s Vice President and staff leaders to develop a cohesive university brand and voice, rolled out across an array of outreach and recruitment communications including print and outdoor advertising, direct mail, email marketing campaigns, on-campus and event signage, collateral systems and more. In 2010, we also developed a comprehensive university-wide marketing strategy and branding guide.

Since launching our comprehensive branded outreach campaign, CSUDH has achieved record-breaking applicant and enrollment numbers. Between fall 2008 and fall 2010, the university has seen:

• A 21% increase in freshman applicants
• A 28% increase in admitted freshmen
• A 12% increase in transfer applications
• A 7% increase in admitted transfer students
• A 45% increase in website traffic
• An increase in the average GPA of incoming freshmen from under 2.9 to nearly 3.05
